As a Sales Director for a senior living community, I have confidence in referring Silver Service to all of my clients because I know that if they should choose to use their services, their move-in process will be smooth and seamless. This relieved burden of moving promotes happier residents at move-in and speeds up their acclimation into our community. Emily and her team are responsive, reliable, and communicate with us as a community every step of the way when assisting our clients in their move. We used Silver Service to assist us with our transition from our home to Spring Harbor. Emily and her staff handled everything from identifying the furniture going to the new apartment, packing up the contents of my house, placing the furniture at our new apartment, unpacking all the boxes and even hanging our clothes in the closet. I can't imagine how we would have made this move without the help of Emily and her staff. I highly recommend Silver Service if you find yourself considering a move like ours.

Silver Service is very professional in every way. The efficiency of the entire team and service is amazing. We could not have been more pleased with the results, and they were a joy to work with. They offer many services in assisting with downsizing and moving. They will do as much or little as is required. I highly recommend them.

We were planning on downsizing and then I found out I had to have major surgery. If I hadn’t found Silver Service to handle everything, I don’t know what we would’ve done. They treated us like we were the most important people around and treated our possessions the same way! We took advantage of the floor plan design, decluttering advice, packing and unpacking. We didn’t have to lift a finger! if I could give them more than five stars, I would. You can trust them to do the right thing and help you through your transition.

We have used Silver Service to move twice. They are great! I hope I don't have to move again but certainly will call on them if I have to do that. Everyone is quick and efficient. If you want someone to be part of the family and get you settled, choose Silver Service!

I used Silver Service to help me downsize from a 3 bedroom house to a small apartment at my daughter’s in Washington state. I could never have done it without them. I HIGHLY recommend them. Do yourself a big favor by contacting them. They make it possible and enjoyable. Even my dogs liked them.

We used silver service to help us clean out my parents' condo after my mother passed away and my dad decided to move to a community. Silver Service is great!!! They helped me when I was so overwhelmed with caring for my mother!! I needed to move her clean out her home and sell her house and they really rescued me!! I wish you could rate Silver Service higher than 5 stars! As an administrator of Assisted Living I have seen Emily and her team have the absolute most precious heart with serving our elderly. How they can transform a bare room with four walls into a home is beyond me, but they do. Walker, my better half and I just moved homes. We both work full time and honestly work longer hours than most, but we wouldn’t have it any other way! The idea of moving was stressful and seemed like the biggest burden in the world. That was of course until we called Silver Service. They came in unpacked all of our boxes, staged our home, and formed friendships with us they we will have for a lifetime. I adore Silver Service!

From beginning to end, Emily made a difficult transition a very calm and seamless process, not only with facilitating the move, but also with her personality, that was just the right balance of understanding and firmness.  I can't imagine having done this without her help and guidance. It was the best decision we made, and I would highly recommend Silver Service.

I was shocked how quickly the process took, from the signed contract until I received my check in the mail was only 10 days !!!  WOW.  They even scheduled a local charity to pick up the unsold items.  When the keys to the house were returned to me it was completely empty and ready for the real estate market.  I, without hesitation,  recommend Emily and Silver Service for any type of estate liquidation…professional, compassionate, thorough and timely….what more can you ask for!

They were considerate of our needs and very kind and supportive.  They handle Senior Citizens with "Kid Gloves".  They also follow up to make sure their clients are satisfied.  One could not work with a nicer group of people.  

Emily has been a tremendous help, in not only assisting with the physical move of new residents, but her “Sweet Spirit”  and kind heart for seniors, reflects in her efforts.  I have the utmost respect for Emily.   I have also met all of her Staff, during networking events, and they represent the company in a professional manner.

After my husband passed I was overwhelmed making decisions.  Emily and her staff helped me decide what to take to my new home.  They were so kind and patient with me and listened to my grieving heart and seemed to know exactly what I needed.  They made the packing, dealing with movers, and the unpacking so easy for me. I can never thank them enough for their caring and kindness during a very difficult time in my life.

Ms. Rosher comes highly recommended  from me.  To this present day Ms. Rosher visits this resident often.  She's very active in his life and he enjoys having some one around that cares.  Ms. Rosher's company is what this community needs to help people that are elderly and disabled.

Emily and her team came in and sorted a hoarded home that had 12 cats and 3 dogs.  They found all important documents, money and more guns in her home.  I found them to be very empathetic, ethical, honest and trustworthy.  They could not have been more kind to my client. They did a tremendous job in setting up the house and selling her items.

I trust that Emily and her team genuinely care about providing the best possible service and making the move as hassle and stress free as possible for my new residents.  This is evident with their patience, flexibility, honesty and compassion.

When moving an elder into a community Emily takes great pride in making the new “home” look as much like their home as possible.  It has been my pleasure to work with Emily Rosher and Silver Service for the past four years.

Emily has put together a fabulous staff who shares her great compassion for people. They have an expansive range of talents, work beautifully together, respect each other and their clients. They literally hold the hands of their clients through potentially one of the most stressful times of an elder’s life. They listen well and are sensitive to the broad needs and anxiety of their clients. They go above and beyond what they promise.

When it came time to clear my family home of more than 40 years of accumulated furniture and kitchenware and knick-knacks and Christmas decorations, I called on Emily and her colleagues to help with the process and conduct an estate sale. It was a fantastic decision. Their professionalism is outstanding, and they were incredibly efficient and thorough.
